Summary
In Volume One, we saw Saverio Barone, an aspiring young prosecutor, systematically take out a swathe of mafia mid-level players who were building the syndicate in Palermo. It was a huge success, but Barone's hunger for justice lives on. A small boy, Guiseppe Di Matteo has not been found and Barone knows that Giovanni Brusca is behind the kidnapping. And the Burscas are proving the toughest of all the mafia to crack. The younger brother Enzo is showing different behavioural patterns. There is an opening for Barone here and together with his partner Carlo Matti, he goes in hard. Both prosecutors are taking huge risks with their family andtheir lives. The pressure never stops building. The tension becomes white hot. But Barone will go down in history as "Il Cacciatore"--the Mafia hunter
