Summary
This series of hilarious fictional diaries put us inside the heads of hapless figures from history in frazzling situations. Malik and Leila are two Algerian children living in 19thcentury Paris who become apprentices to the famous engineer, Gustave Eiffel, helping him to construct the iconic Statue of Liberty as a gift to America. When he's searching for his next project, Malik and Leila help to inspire Gustave to construct the Eiffel Tower the tallest tower in the world and then face the dangers and disasters of making their boss' dream a reality.
