Summary
She felt like a ghost. She woke in the night. What was that music? Some troubled beast? Some strange bird of the night? Some lost soul wandering on the moors? Just her dreams? What wild and weird things existed here? Sylvia has never been so far away. She's in the North, with her mother, in a place of silence and moorland and dark endless forest. The lights of her city shine on the horizon and she yearns to be there again. She tramps through the wilderness, searching for phone reception, for messages from her friends. But in the still of the night, a wild and weird ancient music calls to her. It is played by the troubled beautiful boy, Gabriel, Sylvia must step all alone into the forest's heart. A story about rewilding our hearts and minds, and making the changes needed for survival in our troubled times
