Summary
In an isolated house in Monmouthshire, the wealthy Anchor-Ferrers family find themselves the victims of a psychopath's cruel mind games. Trapped and terrorised inside their own home, they pray that someone will come to their rescue. But who? DI Jack Caffery's youthful façade hides a troubled soul he blames himself for his brother's abduction in the 90s. And with the killer still at large, Jack's desire to exact revenge is an ever-present itch. When Jack unearths a clue that will lead him to the Anchor-Ferrers' home, our two narratives race forward on a nail-biting collision course.
