Summary

A man dies of a heart attack while travelling on the Tokyo subway. Unpleasant, but apparently unremarkable. But he was killed by John Rain, a paid assassin who's speciality is death from 'natural causes'. And his death has unforseen consequences when Rain himself becomes a target.
